As the General Manager of Distribution Center and Cold Storage Markets for Graycor, Todd is responsible for the oversight and direction of the markets through business development efforts, preconstruction services, resource management, proposal oversight, personnel recruiting and project execution. Todd’s in-depth knowledge building this product type spans more than 17 years and his ability to successfully facilitate planning, scheduling and cost control techniques enables his team to satisfy client expectations. Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska.

Roger delivers over 30 years of experience in preconstruction, project budgeting and estimating efforts. As a member of the Southwest Senior Leadership Team, Roger is responsible for managing all preconstruction opportunities and projects including the estimating, scheduling, project management, team development, client interface and overall project completion.
