Sometimes you just want to know the bottom line. Our history of staying focused on the long-term good has kept us financially stable enough to stay competitive in pricing, even when economic trends have many contractors driving up costs.

Cost reimbursable with fee

When the project is conceptually unique, timing is of the essence, or downtime threatens to cause major losses in revenue or directly affect your customers, Graycor works on a reimbursement basis. We respond quickly with standard up-front rates and fees, with full payment delivered on the back end.

Target pricing with incentives

There are a variety of reasons to set an aim in cost, with room built in for both parties to share the responsibility and the rewards that come with meeting or exceeding the goal.

Guaranteed Maximum Price

In some instances, you need work done but are exceedingly driven by cost. We can provide a contract arrangement with a set price cap established at the onset of the project. Graycor Industrial does not work with GMP contracts, due to the nature of the industry and the requirements of the work performed.
