Project scope: 
Graycor Construction assisted Chicago′s oldest independent school — the Latin School — in budgeting and executing the renovation of their lobby, second–floor gallery and locker area, and cafeteria. The project also included egress modifications to ensure that the school′s upper and lower levels, as well as the enclosure of the school′s loggia area, were in compliance with ADA regulations.
