Graycor completed a renovation of 558 guestrooms and corridors at the Key Bridge Marriott hotel in Arlington, Va., owned by Washington, D.C.-based Marriott International Inc.

Part of Graycor’s success in the hotel renovation market has been the ability to renovate complete hotels with minimal impact to guests and the overall business. The frequently visited hotel, one of Marriott’s most historic properties, remained operational throughout the project’s duration. Marriott International is a leading worldwide hospitality company with nearly 2,800 lodging properties in the United States and 67 other countries and territories.
