Kohler Waters Spa

This project included constructing a five–level, 15,000–square-foot addition west of the existing carriage house (located directly above the spa), as well as adding space on the first levels of the spa. Space on the second and third levels is now used for guest suites, and the fourth level includes a glass–enclosed rooftop deck with a whirlpool, fireplace and lounge. Adjacent areas within the spa and carriage house were remodeled to accept the addition. All carriage–house rooms and public space were updated and remodeled.
