LGE substation

Graycor Industrial was contracted to construct an enclosed 138kv–13.8V substation — housing for an electrical transmission and distribution center — in downtown Louisville.

Building the new substation called for demolition of the previous facility, located on the future site of a multi–purpose arena. The project included site work, CIP concrete structure, PVC roofing, interior masonry, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
