Mall renovation

Graycor Construction solidified its presence in the East Coast market with this 112,000–square–foot renovation. Designed to create a more inviting atmosphere for the two–level regional shopping center, upgrades included a children′s play area, family restroom, hotel– style lobby and concierge desk. More comfortable seating, brighter lighting, new signage and an updated color palette in the mall′s food court and entryways rounded out the project. Regency Square remained open throughout the renovation process.
