Mall renovation

The Graycor team provided general contracting services for the expansion and renovation of one of America′s three largest shopping centers, in Chicago′s northwest suburbs. The project consisted of renovating 2.4 million square feet of high–quality retail space while adding an additional 460,000 square feet of new retail space and two new parking structures for more than 2,000 vehicles.
