Mall

Graycor completed the renovation of North Riverside Park Mall for Urban Retail Properties Co. in coordination with the holiday season. The project, designed to increase traffic flow to anchors JCPenney and Carson Pirie Scott, included upgrading escalator service and adding a centrally located stainless steel and glass feature elevator. Additional improvements included new porcelain flooring, ceilings, lighting and signage throughout the 1.2 million–square–foot, two–story, 130–store mall.
