Designed by distinguished Chicago architect Howard Van Doren Shaw, this 51,000–square–foot, 17–story designated Chicago Landmark dates back to 1906. Undergoing a complete renovation, construction on the Mentor Building included restoration of the terra cotta and brick facade, replacement of window systems and windows, and design from scratch of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The Mentor Building once again graces downtown Chicago and includes a two–story retail space, three floors of office suites and residential condominiums on floors 6 through 17.Browse projects by:
