Graycor Construction built this two–story, 38,000–square–foot GameWorks facility in downtown Minneapolis for owner Sega GameWorks LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sega Enterprises and Universal Studios. Work on the facility included interior finishes, thematic improvements and a full–service restaurant.
