Graycor Construction is the general contractor for the 90,000-square-foot redevelopment of Northridge Mall, an enclosed single-level super-regional mall between Los Angeles and San Jose. The redevelopment includes building a two-story Center Court in the former JCPenney location at the center of the mall.
The first floor will be transformed into a Center Court atrium for 12-15 new inline retail tenants as well as outward-facing restaurants. Additionally, the center court will serve to connect the north and south sides of the mall with its new common corridor. The project will also include a new exterior entrance at Center Court, an entrance to provide to access JCPenney’s and renovation to restrooms.
The second floor will be converted into a building shell for Round 1, a multi-entertainment activity complex offering bowling, arcade games, billiards, darts, ping pong, food and drinks.
Once completed, Northridge Mall will have enhanced and expanded the mall’s shopping, dining and entertainment experiences.
