While focusing on preserving the style of the center′s original 1962 design, Graycor installed new signage, lighting and uniform 12–foot canopies, which dramatically increase the retailers′ storefront visibility. The existing crossover canopies, which currently allow pedestrians to cross from one building to another with overhead protection, were replaced with taller architecturally exposed structural steel (AESS) and glass skylights. Additionally, existing terra cotta planter caps were upgraded to lower–maintenance granite caps.Browse projects by:
