Graycor Construction built the senior living facility known as the Benchmark at Poplar Creek, which provides luxurious and convenient living for senior citizens in Hoffman Estates, IL. The project took only 14 months and, upon its completion, the eight–story, 253–unit complex set new standards in senior housing and marked a departure from the traditional living arrangements in the industry.
