Graycor Construction remodeled the Art Institute of Chicago′s dining and food services area located on the museum′s lower level. The project included the creation of a new full–service fine dining restaurant, as well as renovations to two existing kitchens, a café service area and main entry halls. The Graycor team spent months working with the Art Institute before construction began to plan for special security, safety and environmental concerns.
