Graycor provided shell and interior-build out services for a new, 123,516-square-foot flex industrial facility for Rinchem, the world’s largest network of chemical and gas distribution centers. The Surprise, AZ location includes highly specialized warehouse space, high bay and freezer bay chemical storage and outdoor, detached ISO tank storage that maintain Rinchem’s commitment to proper segregation of hazard classes in multiple temperature zones.

RL Cold, a division of RealtyLink, LLC, recently broke ground on a 292,000 square foot cold storage facility in Lakeville, MN with Graycor serving as general contractor. The state-of-the-art site will feature advanced refrigeration technology including a transcritical Co2 system to provide precise temperature control, 34,000 pallet positions and 61 truck spots.

FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies’ new facility in Holly Springs, NC will be the largest cell culture contract development and manufacturing (CDCM) facility in North America. Graycor erected 10,000 tons of steel for six three-story buildings totaling 846,802 SF and managed and performed placement of 8,000 cubic yards of concrete, including pits, piers, footers, slab-on-grade, and slab-on-metal deck, and elevated slabs.

Due to corrosion, 130 feet of downcomer vertical duct sections at the Holcim cement plant in Holly Hill, SC required replacement and upgrades to new specialty-coated ducts to prevent further deterioration. Graycor safely self-performed the demolition of the existing downcomer section, replacement of new sections of the duct, coatings, painting, and installation of fabric sections of the downcomer.
