Project Scope

Graycor completed a first generation tenant improvement for International Rectifier’s new office for administrative and research and development work. The 23,824-square-foot project involved all new construction on the second floor of an existing Class A office building. The core MEP and building lobby, elevator and restrooms were already in place. Improvements included walls, addition of two new mechanical units, full distribution of MEP systems, architectural woodwork, doors/frames/hardware, glass, a new FM200 IT room, addition of two (2) showers to the existing restrooms and a fire alarm system.

International Rectifier manufacturer of rectifiers, devices that convert alternating current to direct current, has branched out into other products that enable power systems to be more energy efficient. Its products are used in airplanes, lights, cameras, cellphones, laptops, cars and trucks, and other applications.
