Project Scope

Graycor successfully completed the redevelopment of a 115,286-square-foot vacant Sam’s Club into a modernized and expanded Class A industrial building. The redevelopment transformed the vacant big box building into a single-story, warehouse/distribution center that offers mezzanine space as well as truckwell and grade-level loading.

The project also included an addition consisting of 109,645 square feet of brand new space, expanding the building to 224,931 square feet on the 12-acre site. The new addition is a concrete tilt-up building with panelized wood roof, steel girders and tempered vision glass and features 32-foot clear height and 25 dock-high loading doors.
