Graycor transformed a portion of Eastland Mall by renovating unused tenant space into a 35,000-square-foot food court to include eight food court tenants and reconfigured the remaining space into nine mall tenants. The dining area was constructed to accommodate seating for approximately 300 shoppers in a bright airy atmosphere capped by a new barrel skylight. New public restrooms, including family restrooms, were added as well. Concurrently, Graycor reconstructed an active mall entrance, which included a new domed skylight, dramatic lighting and new storefront.
