Graycor provided construction services for the 15,406-square-foot tenant build-out of Arhaus’ showroom which serves as a destination for high-quality furniture and décor alongside the center’s lifestyle offerings including shopping, dining and more. The showroom as Northshore Mall was part of an old Sears store redevelopment to create multi-tenant retail spaces for two stores, a restaurant and an entertainment facility.

The project was a complete rebuild which included new structural steel, light gauge framing, sheathing, insulation, waterproofing, exterior lighting, custom architectural facade with Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM), metal panels, storefront, lighting and signage.

The interior build-out included all finishes, hard lid drywall ceilings, drywall walls with knockdown finish and engineered hardwood flooring. The project was completed in one phase and required the impeccable coordination of ceiling and facade trades to complete the project on time and within budget.
