Graycor completed site work and construction of the new Bass Pro Shops in West Chester, OH located at The Streets of West Chester shopping center off of I-75 & Union Centre Blvd. The 125,000 SF Outdoor World store provides an immersive outdoor experience highlighted by many features unique to Bass Pro Outdoor World stores, such as a fire water tower, archery range, aquarium and exterior decorative water feature, as well as artifacts, trophy fish and wildlife mounts.
The rustic appearance of the building was achieved by using a blend of reclaimed barn wood, real and fiberglass logs, timbers, moss, murals, boulders and natural light from the two-story clear space. These combined elements transport customers to the great outdoors. The store also features a boat showroom.
