Graycor completed the redevelopment of the House of Sport retail store located in Katy, TX. This renovation included the conversion of three DICK’s Sporting Goods owned spaces, including Field and Stream, DICK’s Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy, into a new retail concept: House of Sport.

The 100,000 SF House of Sport store concept includes in-store experiences such as a climbing wall and multi-sport cage, while Golf Galaxy features golf simulation hitting bays and a putting green. The renovation of this new concept included removal of the existing Field and Stream facade, structural reinforcement and installation of the new House of Sport store signage and facade, complete interior demolition and renovation, and new clerestory installation. Throughout the process of re-merchandising and reopening the store, Graycor’s team remained actively involved.
