Graycor is currently serving as the general contractor for the redevelopment of Stanford Shopping Center which is being completed in multiple stages. Our initial scope of work included the demolition of an existing three-story Macy’s, site work and pad preparation for an RH Gallery.

Subsequent work includes a shell building on an outparcel for tenant Wilkes Bashford, as well as the demolition of a building adjacent to Macy’s to make way for the construction of a new Paseo entry courtyard, a new building to house two restaurants, and all associated site work.

Our work at Stanford Shopping Center also includes the construction of the 45,000-square-foot RH Gallery and a 16,000-square-foot, two-story Arhaus furniture gallery.
