Graycor has completed construction of the shell for a leading national e-commerce retailer. A 2.6M square-foot, four-story fulfillment center with three full mezzanine levels. In addition to the constructing the structural steel building a 75-acre site, the project includes road/infrastructure elements.

The MHE (material handling equipment) phase is currently taking place and includes MHE conveyors, 100,000 square feet of platforms, VRC structural steel framing, five MHE shaft break rooms, retrofitting in VRC shafts and office AMCare area, installation of supporting network cabling, AR robotic fencing on three floors and installation of supporting controls and workstations.
