Project Scope

Graycor was the general contractor for the construction of a 14-screen theatre complex for Cinemark USA, Inc. at Westfield’s Louis Joliet Mall. Graycor’s scope included precast and structural steel building shell, along with the complete interior build-out and finishes of the auditoriums and common areas. The theatre included Cinemark’s new concession area layout and was one of the first area theatres to incorporate all digital projection technology.
