Project Scope

Westfield Group, a retail property developer, called upon Graycor Construction Company to give Westfield SouthPark – a super-regional mall located in the Cleveland suburb of Strongsville – a ‘facelift’ by adding 200,000 square feet of retail space on two sides of the mall. As part of the project, Graycor built out interior space on the mall’s second floor to make way for a new 14-screen, state-of-the-art Cinemark movie theatre.

Graycor originally built the enclosed mall in 1996.
