Project Scope

Graycor was the general contractor for the interior build-out and façade renovation of a 46,000-square-foot Dick’s Sporting Goods store at Brass Mill Commons. The interior scope of work included a new sales floor, stockroom, restrooms and offices, as well as the installation of new wall and floor finishes, signage, sales floor fixtures, stockroom racking and new MEP infrastructure.

A renovation of the existing façade has also been completed, consisting of a new storefront system, brick finishes, a new canopy and exterior
signage. Structural work associated with reinforcing the existing steel to support new mechanical equipment as required to support the new façade was also included in the scope of work.
