Project Scope

Graycor Construction Company completed the interior build-out for Graycor Inc.’s new corporate headquarters. The new Oakbrook Terrace location provides 36,000 square feet of renovated office space on two floors of Two Mid America Plaza. The overall office design fosters teamwork and collaboration featuring an open office work environment. The headquarters features numerous sustainable design and construction elements and includes work stations, reception, conference rooms, training room, communicating staircase, company history wall and a 3,000-square-foot outdoor terrace.

The exposed mechanical/electrical work in the ceilings provides a clean, modern look to the new space. A state-of-the-art sound masking system
was also installed along with sound proofing material in the open celings for sound control and noise management.
