Project Scope

Graycor Construction Company renovated the first floor of Marriott’s Greensboro High Point Airport hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina. The 28,000 SF public space renovation at the premier hotel required Graycor’s expertise to ensure both the hotel’s operations were continued with minimal interruption and guest safety and comfort were kept as priorities throughout construction.

In order to complete the updates, the front desk was relocated for uninterrupted service throughout construction. This allowed for demolition of the first floor public space and structural modifications so that a new front desk, meeting rooms and high tech even space could be constructed and the restaurant, bar and washrooms could be renovated.

The stylish new areas not only provide an inviting aesthetic for the hotel’s leisure and business guests, but also provides the convenience of wireless throughout the lobby and meeting rooms for the guests’ personal devices.
