Project Scope

Nitti Graycor completed a new office industrial project for The Mack Company. The project, located in the Deer Valley area near Interstate 17 and Highway 101, consists of two buildings comprised of 78,281 and 90,575 square feet and sits on 10.4 acres. The speculative industrial project was built to maximize the square footage on the site an entice potential tenants given its location, build-out options and attractive aesthetics which include aluminum tube bands and steel canopies surrounding every entrance at the buildings.

The project was delivered three weeks early, without any injuries and with only three punch list items at completion.
