Project Scope

When Precision Science decided to add a clean room to their state-of-the-art facility in Phoenix, Ariz., they returned to the same construction company they originally chose to build the structure – Nitti Graycor. As an EPA and FDA approved facility for custom manufacturing of animal healthcare products and packaging, Precision Science maintains strict adherence to protocols for security, safety and cleanliness, even during construction.

Throughout construction, Nitti Graycor worked with Precision Science management to ensure proper planning and precautions were in place to minimize risk of exposure to harmful chemicals, limit disruption of company opera-tions, and ensure efficient progress of the clean room. Meticulous attention to detail was required to build the glass clean room so that construction dust and debris did not impact productions and the room itself provided a sealed and immaculate area for employees to put on personal protective gear before working with hazardous chemicals.
