Project Scope

Graycor provided design-build services for the construction of the 486,241-square-foot warehouse. Built on a 40+ acre parcel, the cross-dock facility was the first speculative development in Phoenix in five years.

The concrete tilt-up warehouse has a panelized roof system, single ply TPO roof system and under deck insulation/scrim. The project included site development. The site work consisted of concrete paving at the north and south sides of the building, full site utilities, landscaping, masonry walls, & site lighting. Construction of new ½ street improvements for Lower Buckeye Road & Elwood Road were also completed. Other site work included drainage canals, earthwork & grading, rip rap, landscaping, etc., for the adjacent property infrastructure.

The infrastructure work was originally designed as a stand alone project. The scope was adjusted and Graycor adapted to build the infrastructure and Lot 2 work concurrently, requiring coordination of the documents, sequencing, etc.

The Prologis Riverside Building #2 incorporates sustainable design and construction features and is a LEED Silver certified building.
