Project Scope

Graycor completed guestroom and corridor renovation work at the San Francisco Marriott hotel located across the street from the Moscone Center for Washington, D.C.-based Marriott International. Working while the hotel remained in operation, Graycor renovated 1,453 guest rooms and corridors on 34 levels. The phased renovation involved refurbishment of more than 100 different room types and installation of updated amenities. San Francisco-based DMJMH+N Inc. provided architectural services for the project, and Creative Resource Associates of Los Angeles served as interior designer.

Following this major renovation, Graycor has also per-formed subsequent projects, which include renovating the hotel’s concierge lounge and ADA rooms, as well as 40 suites (including a variety of luxury, “Marriott” and junior suites). Most recently, Graycor renovated seven of the hotel’s “super” suites and a lounge, and renovated 21 Moscone Center meeting rooms.
