Project Scope

Graycor Construction was the general contractor for the multi-phase renovation of Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, New England’s largest outdoor shopping center featuring over 170 brand name stores.

Phase I included the renovation of all common areas including demolition of existing hardscapes and amenities, utility rework, new decorative concrete and hardscape finishes, amenities and facade upgrades.

Phase II included the expansion and renovation of the existing dining pavilion space into a new tenant space and the addition of new restaurants throughout the mall.
