Project Scope

Graycor provided design-build services for this 122,000-square-foot expansion and renovation to an existing 430,000-square-foot cold storage and food distribution facility. The project included a new 50,000-square-foot dry goods storage and a 47,000-square-foot perishable goods storage addition in the first phase, which included a freezer remodel and expansion, ice cream freezer, 55 and 34-degree coolers and a cold temperature-controlled addition.

Renovations to the office, mezzanine, large conference, locker and break rooms, totaling 25,000 square feet, concluded the final phase of the project. This live environment project was completed while maintaining ongoing operations throughout construction.
