Each of the upper levels, levels 2 through 5 are 644,440 square-feet and house robotic material handling, break rooms and other support spaces. The exterior work to the building included 1.3 million square-feet of concrete paving.

The distribution center features 16 freight elevators, 12 spiral conveyors, two fire pump/tank sources (4 of each), 4,000 amp service entry points, 625 kW generator, sanitary lift station, guard building, ESFR automatic fire protection system, smoke evacuation, emergency Radio Responder system, 12,300 tons of structural and miscellaneous steel, and 9,680 joists. The main warehouse is constructed with a structural steel frame clad with veneer tilt panels up to level 2 beneath insulated metal panels up to the EPDM roof, while the upper floors are constructed of concrete slab on metal deck over composite bar joists and the single store dock and office extensions are constructed of load-bearing tilt panels and bar joists.
