Graycor completed the full tenant build-out of a 120,000-square-foot, two-story office building for Northrop Grumman, transforming the shell into a modern, mission-critical workspace tailored to the client’s operational and security needs. The project includes private offices, open workstations, conference rooms, and collaborative break areas, all delivered with high-quality finishes and efficient layouts.

A central component is the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), constructed with specialized high-security measures including burglar bars at mechanical and duct penetrations, sound-attenuated wall assemblies, radiant foil barriers, and STC-rated doors to ensure strict confidentiality and acoustic integrity.

The space was constructed to conform to both operational needs and security standards laid out by the client, with careful monitoring and no deviations proposed from the specified requirements.
