Graycor constructed the 60,000-square-foot, three-story RH Gallery in Raleigh, a landmark building set atop a podium parking structure that showcases the brand’s elevated retail experience. The project combines ground-up construction with high-end architectural detailing, creating a luxurious environment that seamlessly blends retail, hospitality and residential-inspired design. The Gallery includes expansive retail floors, an elegant open grand staircase and a full-service commercial kitchen.

A defining element of the project is the dramatic 3,100-square-foot rooftop restaurant, where guests dine beneath a soaring glass-and-steel atrium framed by chandeliers, mature olive trees, custom fountains and panoramic terrace views. Additional amenities include a refined wine bar and beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens that extend the Gallery’s immersive ambiance.
