Graycor was the general contractor for the construction of the 516,601 SF Class A logistics park. The project included four single-story warehouse buildings with 770 parking stalls. The building features of Elliot Gateway include a modified roof truss system, concrete tilt panel walls, and 135 overhead doors. Exterior work included overhead powerlines transitioning to underground. Traffic lights and a transition lane were installed on Elliot Road.
Elliot Gateway won the NAIOP Best of Award for Spec Industrial Project of the Year over 500,000 square feet.
