Graycor completed a 120,000-square-foot build-to-suit shell building on an 8-acre site. This two-story office building features concrete panel walls and custom decorative stone veneer on the wing walls of the building. The project also includes parking areas and monument signs at each entry. Window lighting and beige and white coating add to the building’s aesthetic appeal.

Complete tenant build-out of this office building will also being completed by Graycor. The project includes outdoor amenities such as an employee patio with shade canopies and outdoor seating, remote generator, and masonry enclosure. The office will house multiple offices, workstations, conference rooms and break rooms. A unique feature of this project includes the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF).
