Graycor completed construction on a 57,000-square-foot campus expansion for Rinchem, the world’s largest network of chemical and gas distribution centers. The addition increases Rinchem’s local footprint by more than two-thirds, bringing its Chandler campus to more than 127,000 square feet, broadening the capacity of its Arizona-based chemical logistics operations.

The new space connects directly to Rinchem’s 70,000-square-foot existing Chandler facility. All new construction activity took place in a live environment while maintaining Rinchem’s ongoing operations within the campus. The expansion included construction of the shell building and complete tenant improvements of the warehouse, including a 5,000-square-foot mezzanine.

The building features concrete-tilt panels with a structural steel roof and deck system, fire-treated with explosion-proof equipment and materials. Additional features include 32’ to 40’ clear heights, customized temperature-controlled storage, specialized fire suppression and areas for chemical segregation and spill containment.

Originally opened in 2015, Rinchem’s Chandler facility provides customized, temperature-controlled storage of high-purity chemicals and gasses used primarily for the semiconductor industry.
