This design-build project involved the 15,000-square-foot expansion of an active plastics manufacturing facility to support increased production capacity. The expansion provided dedicated space, including pit footings and process piping stubs, for the installation of a new press machine and future manufacturing growth. Upgraded HVAC and Electrical infrastructure was included to support the new building and process equipment lines.

The project presented several challenges, including seamlessly integrating new construction with the existing facility and maintaining full plant operations during construction, careful coordination of tie-in points, phased construction planning, and proactive supply chain management ensured minimal disruption to manufacturing processes. The successful completion of this project positions the facility for long-term operational efficiency and scalability.
