Graycor was the general contractor for the interior build-out of 23,000 square feet of retail space for The Container Store on the second level of The Street, a multi-use development in Chestnut Hill, MA.

The entry lobby located on the backside of the building on the first level was equipped with two new elevators and two new escalators.

The scope of work also included nine new RTU’s on the roof; the sales floor, featuring a level five drywall ceiling with extensive lighting, linear diffusers, cameras, sound system, cashwrap and low height walls; as well as back of house areas including restrooms, breakroom, electrical room, communication room, offices and stockrooms.
