Graycor served as the general contractor for Gilbert Spectrum Buildings 9, 10 and 11. The three buildings are speculative, single-story concrete tilt-up warehouses. Building 9 is 100,901 square feet, Building 10 is 142,200 square feet and Building 11 is 66,446 square feet. The warehouses are dock-high, rear-load buildings that match the architectural themes previous established in the business park. The design creates a uniform appearance throughout the buildings with matching features including painted concrete walls in Southwest earth-tones, glass, steel entry accents, accent wing walls and skylights.
The buildings also feature matching three-foot-tall parking screen walls. Each building is complete with an outdoor employee patio area which are shaded by trees. Water, sewer and storm drain utilities were added to the site in addition to new landscaping. A new road connects the south and north halves of the business park.
