Graycor provided design-build services for five new buildings at Metro East Valley Commerce Center. MEVCC Phase III consists of 4 concrete tilt shell buildings totaling 348,136 square feet and MEVCC Phase IV consists of one concrete tilt shell building totaling 58,354 square feet. The buildings feature painted façades with form liner accent panels and skylights. The buildings offer 24’-32’ clear ceiling heights, several truck dock doors and drive-up truck doors. Graycor installed electrical service to each building as well as constructing parking lots and truck courts. Site work included landscaping and irrigation, underground storm tanks and a lift station for storm water.
