Graycor was the general contractor for the construction of this 569,301 square-foot fulfillment center at 10 West Logistics Center, a 1.3-million square-foot premier Class A industrial properties in the Southwest Valley. This is the final building of the 10 West Logistics Center development.

The amenities of 10 West Logistics Center Phase II include 36-foot clear height, dock-high and grade-level loading, 200-foot minimum truck courts, ESFR fire sprinklers, energy efficient motion sensor lighting, a fenced and secured yard, and ample car and trailer parking. The building is also divisible down to 100,00 square feet, which offers A-1 equivalent zoning. The building was subsequently built-out as fulfillment center for Amazon, also completed by Graycor.
