Graycor was the general contractor for the DDG-553 Project which consisted of the construction of three state-of-the-art concrete tilt-up buildings. The DDG-250 Building is a 249,600-square-foot cross-dock building, DDG-182 Building is a 181,800-square-foot cross-dock building, and DDG-121 Building is a 121,200-square-foot building. All buildings have 30 feet minimum inside clear height, ESFR fire sprinkler system, and 6” laser screed floors.
