Graycor completed a 120,000- square-foot build-to-suit shell building on 8-acres. This two-story office building features a concrete panel wall and a custom decorative stone veneer on the wing walls of the building.

The two-story office shell building’s exterior facade includes two entry monument signs, parking area, window lighting and beige and white coating to give the building an appealing aesthetic.
