Graycor served as the general contractor for a new 435,806-square-foot industrial tilt building. This building is the second of the 1.5 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial space planned at the new park. The project included a 258,635-square-foot industrial tenant improvement build-out for Essendant and two acres of off-site and 21.44 acres of on-site construction improvements. The project also included tenant improvement for Essendent. This building received LEED Core & Shell Certification.
