Graycor completed East Valley Commerce Center Phase I for Metro Properties in Mesa, Arizona. Phase I consists of four individual industrial buildings ranging from 53,000-square-feet to 128,000-square-feet. Each concrete building features 24’ or 30’ clear height, grade level and truckwell loading, a 180’ truck court, and an ESFR sprinkler system.

East Valley Commerce Center consists of two buildings that offer Class A industrial space on 24-acres. Graycor also completed Phase II which included a 363,000-square-foot industrial building.
